The Osmo-dem water purifier series represents the simplest and most immediate system for producing demineralized water with very low conductivity.

The Osmo-dem series models include:

• pre-filtration
• reverse osmosis filtration
• ion-exchange mixed resin demineralization cartridge
• They are equipped with an 8-liter pressurized tank (larger capacities are available upon request).

The water exiting the mixed resin cartridge has an average conductivity of 0.5 μs/cm.

Osmo-dems are ideal for scientific applications (laboratory tests, etc.) and offer the option of drawing demineralized water with low conductivity.


FEATURES

The Osmo-dem St is available in different versions depending on the amount of water demineralized per hour.

The Osmo-dem structure is designed for both freestanding and wall-mounted use, and features front access to the pre-filtration cartridge and reverse osmosis membranes.

Standard equipment: 8 litre pure water tank

Models with higher hourly production capacity are available upon request.

Storage tank for osmosis water storage, total volume 19 litres, external container in painted steel
Hydropneumatic system for closing the water inlet when the tank is full
mechanical pump without the use of electrical energy to compensate for the back pressure in the membranes and increase the pressure in the storage tank
Pressure indicators n° 1 glycerine-filled pressure gauges for inlet pressure
n° 1 glycerine-filled pressure gauge for storage tank pressure
Conductivity control Digital electronic conductivity meter for reading water conductivity:
- osmosis water
- demineralized water after mixed resin cartridge
Withdrawal Via 2 ball valves:
- Reverse osmosis water withdrawal
- Demineralised water withdrawal


Optional accessories

- Additional or alternative tanks of equal or greater capacity are available (nominal capacity 10, 25, or 45 liters).
